Residents can call this number from 5.30pm – 9.15am Monday to Friday and all day at weekends, 365 days a year. Please note that this service is solely for repair emergencies to the building and not within your property. This number should be used only in an emergency situation, for example, leaks, dangerous electrical faults, problems with the lifts. You should continue to use 999 in case of fire.
Caretakers
There are usually two full-time non-resident caretakers on site Monday to Friday. Lee Mullan, the senior caretaker is on site form 7 am- 4 pm and the assistant caretaker Nuno Neves is on site from 11 am to 7 pm. They are employed by The Pryors Ltd. You should contact the caretaker to help sort out any day to day problems, to let him know if you have workmen coming, to organise removals, in an emergency or generally if you need assistance. The caretakers’ lodge is located on the south side of Block B.
