The Pryors Ltd. is run by its directors, The Board. Directors are elected at general meetings of The Pryors Ltd by the shareholders and are not paid. There are up to three directors from each block. The Board holds regular (normally bi-monthly) meetings which the managing agent attends as company secretary. The Board may appoint sub-committees to deal with specific issues.
