IMPORTANT INFORMATION RE MOVING IN OR OUT AT WEEKENDS
Moving in/out of flats at the weekends is not allowed. There is no caretaker on site at weekends to deal with on-site problems such as blocking in the car park, leaving the front doors open and unattended, damage to common areas and general inconvenience to other residents.

Using the garden furniture and deckchairs.

Our replacement wooden table has arrived and a tenant has loaned us their table chairs and parasol for the summer. We are therefore able to revert to the ‘garden guidance’ in The Pryors handbook which asks that you do not reserve benches and chairs (and we would add tables) more than an hour ahead or use too many of them at a time. During this lovely hot summer we would like as many residents as possible to be able to enjoy some ‘al fresco’ living here.

Please also move the tables and benches back where you found them. It is difficult for some for our less strong residents to move the heavy wooden furniture. Our caretaker has positioned tables and chairs around the garden for sunshine and shade and for some to be near Block A and others near Block B.
